Ingredients
8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked and cooled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup sliced black olives
½ cup chopped green onions
¾ cup creamy Italian dressing (or mix half mayo + half Italian dressing)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook angel hair pasta, rinse with cold water, and drain well.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, carrots, olives, and green onions.
Add dressing and toss until fully coated.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Garnish with fresh herbs or parmesan if desired.
