- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Dill (chopped)

- 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and slice cucumbers into half-moons about ¼-inch thick.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Combine the sliced cucumbers with the dressing and gently fold them together.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with additional dill before serving.
Notes
