Instructions

  1. Wash and slice cucumbers into half-moons about ¼-inch thick.
  2. Prepare the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Combine the sliced cucumbers with the dressing and gently fold them together.
