Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Heat sesame oil in a pot and cook chicken until golden brown on each side, about 5-6 minutes.
- Sauté the Garlic: Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same pot for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Make It Creamy: Stir in chicken broth and then slowly pour in heavy cream, mixing until combined.
- Add the Noodles: Add ramen noodles into the sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Serve It Up: Slice the rested chicken and mix into the noodles. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Plate and Garnish: Serve in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
Notes
