Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Heat sesame oil in a pot and cook chicken until golden brown on each side, about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same pot for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Make It Creamy: Stir in chicken broth and then slowly pour in heavy cream, mixing until combined.
  4. Add the Noodles: Add ramen noodles into the sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
