Ingredients
4 long sweet peppers, thinly sliced
8 small chicken breasts
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp onion powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
12 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Season chicken with paprika, onion powder, cayenne, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Sear the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté sweet peppers and garlic in the same skillet until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Mix in cheddar cheese and let it melt into the sauce.
Return chicken to skillet, coating with the creamy mixture. Simmer for a few minutes to marry the flavors.
