- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prep the broccoli by rinsing and chopping it into bite-sized florets and steaming or blanching them for 3-4 minutes.
- Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Make the Alfredo sauce by sautéing garlic in the same skillet, then adding cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Combine the chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl, mixing well.
- Assemble by pouring the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
