  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prep the broccoli by rinsing and chopping it into bite-sized florets and steaming or blanching them for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Make the Alfredo sauce by sautéing garlic in the same skillet, then adding cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Combine the chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl, mixing well.
  6. Assemble by pouring the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
