- 2 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups Broccoli, chopped
- 4–6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- Prepare the chicken by poaching or sautéing until fully cooked, then shred.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar into the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with the remaining half cup of cheddar.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just add extra baking time if prepared in advance.
