For Chicken Thighs:
5 chicken thighs, skinless & boneless, patted dry
1 tsp 21 Salute Seasoning (or any poultry seasoning)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp unsalted butter
For Creamy Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup Parmesan or other finely grated cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp fresh dill (optional garnish)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and seasoning blend.
Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet, sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
In the same skillet, melt more butter and sauté garlic for 1 min. Stir in flour and cook for 1 min.
Slowly add chicken broth, stirring until thickened. Add cream and cheese, stir well.
Return chicken to skillet, coat in sauce, and bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes.
Garnish with dill and more cheese if you like.
