Ingredients

  • 46 pieces boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 block (8 oz) Cream Cheese
  • 1 packet (about 1 oz) Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 68 slices cooked and crumbled Bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 23 chopped Green Onions
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by placing it in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place them on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the cream cheese and chicken.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the entire dish.
  5. Cover your slow cooker and set it on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Grab two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker.
  7. Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish.
