- 4–6 pieces boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 block (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- 1 packet (about 1 oz) Ranch Dressing Mix
- 6–8 slices cooked and crumbled Bacon
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2–3 chopped Green Onions
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the chicken by placing it in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place them on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the cream cheese and chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth over the entire dish.
- Cover your slow cooker and set it on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Grab two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish.
