Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Cooking Spray
- 1/2 cup Sugar for coating

Instructions
- Prepare your dough: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the water, butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture bubbles and the butter melts. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add flour and egg: Stir in the flour until fully combined. Mix in the egg until smooth.
- Add vanilla and cinnamon: Stir in the vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon until no flour pockets remain.
- Shape your churro bites: Use a piping bag fitted with a star tip to pipe small star-shaped pieces onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Air fry those bites: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray. Place churro bites in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
- Coat in cinnamon sugar: Once done, let them cool and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
