1 package of store-bought pizza dough or egg roll wrappers

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup pizza sauce

½ cup mini pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Olive oil spray

Optional: grated Parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Roll out pizza dough and cut into squares (or use egg roll wrappers).

Add a spoonful of sauce, cheese, and toppings to the center of each square.

Fold and seal edges tightly to form small rolls.
