1 cucumber, sliced into thick rounds
1 can tuna (in water or olive oil), drained
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp Dijon or yellow mustard
1 tbsp finely diced red onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix tuna with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Lay cucumber slices on a plate.
Spoon a small dollop of tuna mix onto each cucumber slice.
Top each bite with a pinch of diced red onion.
