Ingredients
For the Chicken:
4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup light cream or heavy cream
1 tbsp Italian seasoning or oregano
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Stir in cream, seasoning, and parmesan. Let it simmer until it thickens slightly.
Add spinach if using, and stir until wilted.
Return chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve hot over pasta, mashed potatoes, or veggies.
