Description
Deliciously crispy wraps filled with tender steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and gooey cheese—perfect for a casual dinner or a fun lunch!
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ribeye or flank steak
- 1–2 Bell Peppers (mix of colors)
- 1 medium Onion (sweet or red)
- 8 oz Provolone cheese (or mozzarella/cheddar)
- 4 large Tortillas (flour or corn)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Optional Seasoning (garlic powder, paprika, etc.)
Instructions
- Slice the steak against the grain into thin pieces.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and any additional spices, and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Season veggies with salt and pepper, then set aside.
- Add more oil to the skillet if needed, and increase the heat to medium-high.
- Seer the steak slices for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Combine the steak with sautéed veggies and cheese, and mix well.
- Prepare tortillas with the steak and veggie mixture, adding cheese on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Heat the skillet and grill wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Let the wraps rest for a minute before cutting them in half.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different proteins or veggies. For a cheesy baked version, sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350°F until golden.
