Crispy Protein Waffles That Wow!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup protein powder (32g)

  • 1/4 cup flour (35g)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup egg whites or more water

  • 1/4 cup yogurt or applesauce

  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice

  • 2 tsp oil (optional, for crispiness)


Instructions

  • Whisk all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  • Stir in the wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Add a bit more liquid if needed for waffle-like texture.

  • Heat and grease your waffle iron well.

  • Pour batter into the center, close the lid, and cook until crispy and golden.

  • Re-grease the iron between each waffle to avoid sticking.
