- 2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless & Skinless)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 8 oz Pasta (Penne or Rotini)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by dicing the bell peppers and onion.
- Mix the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
- Layer the seasoned chicken in the bottom of your Crock Pot. Add the diced onions and bell peppers, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Add the uncooked pasta and cover, cooking on high for an additional 30-40 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese just before serving.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with parsley or extra cheese.
Notes
Feel free to substitute with chickpeas or mushrooms for a vegetarian version.
