Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breasts
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 cups chicken broth
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
1 lb penne pasta
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Load the Base: Place chicken, butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, cream, and broth into the slow cooker.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours until the chicken is tender.
Shred & Return: Shred the chicken in the crockpot.
Add Pasta: Stir in uncooked penne. Cover and cook on HIGH for 25–35 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Stir occasionally if possible.
Finish Creamy: Stir in Parmesan cheese just before serving.
