Ingredients

½ lemon, thinly sliced

½ cucumber, thinly sliced

57 fresh mint leaves

68 cups cold water

Optional: ice or a dash of lime juice


Instructions

Add sliced lemon, cucumber, and mint to a large pitcher.

Pour in water and stir gently.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to infuse.

Serve cold, and keep refilling throughout the day.
