Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Mixed Nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, or pecans)
  • 1 cup Medjool Dates, pitted

  2. Blend the mixed nuts and Medjool dates in a food processor until you form a sticky mixture.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  4. Mix the blended nut-date mixture with the melted chocolate, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and ensure it’s packed evenly.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the top is slightly golden.
  7. Cool completely, then lift out and slice into bars.
