Description

A delicious and comforting one-pot meal featuring creamy garlic pasta, perfect for a quick and indulgent dinner.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (Farfalle, Penne, or Spaghetti)
  • Garlic (5-6 cloves, minced)
  • Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoons)
  • Heavy Cream (1 cup)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup)
  • Fresh Spinach (2 cups)
  • Italian Seasoning (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and prep them before cooking.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the uncooked pasta and stir to coat in the garlic butter.
  4. Pour in 3 cups of water or broth and bring to a simmer, covered, cooking according to pasta package directions.
  5. Once pasta is tender, reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Add fresh spinach and Italian seasoning, stirring until spinach is wilted. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with parsley, and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes. Can be served with garlic bread or a salad.
