Ingredients
- Pasta (Farfalle, Penne, or Spaghetti)
- Garlic (5-6 cloves, minced)
- Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Heavy Cream (1 cup)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup)
- Fresh Spinach (2 cups)
- Italian Seasoning (1 teaspoon)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and prep them before cooking.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the uncooked pasta and stir to coat in the garlic butter.
- Pour in 3 cups of water or broth and bring to a simmer, covered, cooking according to pasta package directions.
- Once pasta is tender, reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add fresh spinach and Italian seasoning, stirring until spinach is wilted. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with parsley, and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes. Can be served with garlic bread or a salad.
