Ingredients
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Dill Pickle Juice
- Dill Pickles, Chopped
- Cream Cheese
- Tortillas
- Fresh Dill (optional)
- Lettuce and Tomato for Serving
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by placing it in a bowl and pouring dill pickle juice over it. Let soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Shred the chicken and mix with cream cheese and chopped dill pickles.
- Assemble the wraps by spreading the chicken mixture on tortillas and topping with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Serve sliced in half, alongside extra pickles or chips.
