Delightful and nutritious dry fruit laddus made with natural sweetness from dried fruits, perfect as a guilt-free snack or dessert.

- 1 cup Dried Dates
- 1/2 cup Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tablespoons Ghee (or coconut oil)
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- Pistachios (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the Dried Fruits by soaking them in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
- Toast the Nuts in a pan over medium heat until fragrant, about 5-6 minutes.
- Blend the soaked dates and toasted nuts until you have a sticky mixture.
- Combine the blended mixture with desiccated coconut, ghee, and cardamom powder.
- Form small balls with your hands, about the size of a golf ball.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios and let cool for 30 minutes.

These laddus can be customized by adding different spices or using various dried fruits.
