  • Cornbread Mix: 1 box (about 8.5 oz)
  • Sour Cream: 1 cup
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup
  • Butter: ¼ cup, melted
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, cornbread mix, sour cream, and eggs. Mix until blended.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, and season with salt and pepper.
