1/2 cup butter, melted
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup pastel M&Ms (plus extra for decorating)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Melt butter and let it cool for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix melted butter with both sugars. Add egg and vanilla.
Combine dry and wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and M&Ms.
Scoop onto prepared baking sheets using a medium cookie scoop.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. While baking, cut a few M&Ms in half for bunny ears.
After baking, press bunny ear M&Ms into hot cookies. Add more full M&Ms if needed.
Cool on pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
