- 1 lb Beef Sirloin
- 1 red Bell Pepper
- 1 yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 green Bell Pepper
- 1 medium Red Onion, sliced
- 2 medium Carrots, sliced thin
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Sesame Seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Start by prepping all your ingredients. Slice the beef against the grain.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Throw in your prepared veggies: bell peppers, onion, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the stir fry and mix well.
- Transfer the stir fry to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
For added flavor, serve the stir fry over rice or noodles, or use lettuce wraps for a low-carb option.
