  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin
  • 1 red Bell Pepper
  • 1 yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 green Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Red Onion, sliced
  • 2 medium Carrots, sliced thin
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping all your ingredients. Slice the beef against the grain.
  2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Throw in your prepared veggies: bell peppers, onion, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the stir fry and mix well.
  8. Transfer the stir fry to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds.
