Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cups beef broth
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom or cheddar soup
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
12 oz egg noodles (uncooked)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
Add beef mixture, broth, soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Stir in uncooked egg noodles and cook for another 30–40 minutes until noodles are tender.
Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve hot, garnished if desired.
