1 lb ground beef
• 3 oz cream cheese
• ½ cup beef broth
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tsp Bragg’s Aminos (or soy sauce)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 2 cans green beans, drained
• ¾ cup cheddar cheese
• ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease.

  • Add cream cheese to the skillet and stir until smooth.

  • Pour in beef broth, cream, Bragg’s Aminos, and all seasonings. Stir well.

  • Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer to thicken.

  • Mix in the green beans.

  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over the top.

  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
