1 lb ground beef
• 3 oz cream cheese
• ½ cup beef broth
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tsp Bragg’s Aminos (or soy sauce)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 2 cans green beans, drained
• ¾ cup cheddar cheese
• ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
Add cream cheese to the skillet and stir until smooth.
Pour in beef broth, cream, Bragg’s Aminos, and all seasonings. Stir well.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer to thicken.
Mix in the green beans.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over the top.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
