Description

Delicious and effortless smoked salmon roll-ups, perfect for any gathering, packed with flavor from smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh dill.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 4 large tortilla wraps

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by softening the cream cheese and chopping the dill.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with dill and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
  4. Layer the smoked salmon over the cream cheese.
  5. Add capers on top of the salmon, to taste.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Plate the roll-ups and garnish as desired.

Notes

Chill roll-ups for 30 minutes before cutting to hold their shape better.
