- 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp capers
- 4 large tortilla wraps
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by softening the cream cheese and chopping the dill.
- Mix the cream cheese with dill and lemon zest until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Layer the smoked salmon over the cream cheese.
- Add capers on top of the salmon, to taste.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Plate the roll-ups and garnish as desired.
Notes
Chill roll-ups for 30 minutes before cutting to hold their shape better.
