4 English muffins, split and toasted
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or crumbled bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped chives or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a skillet until just set.
Place toasted muffin halves on a baking sheet.
Top each with scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Garnish with chives or parsley and serve warm!
