Description

Ingredients

  • Ripe Mangoes (3-4 large)
  • Graham Crackers (2 packs)
  • All-Purpose Cream (2 cups)
  • Condensed Milk (1 cup)
  • Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice (1-2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Prep the mangoes by washing and peeling them, then slice into thin pieces.
  2. Mix the all-purpose cream and condensed milk in a large bowl until fluffy.
  3. Layer the graham crackers in a baking dish, covering the entire bottom.
  4. Mango slices go over the cream in the next layer.
  5. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.
  6. Chill the dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve by cutting into squares and garnishing if desired.
