Ingredients
- Ripe Mangoes (3-4 large)
- Graham Crackers (2 packs)
- All-Purpose Cream (2 cups)
- Condensed Milk (1 cup)
- Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice (1-2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Prep the mangoes by washing and peeling them, then slice into thin pieces.
- Mix the all-purpose cream and condensed milk in a large bowl until fluffy.
- Layer the graham crackers in a baking dish, covering the entire bottom.
- Mango slices go over the cream in the next layer.
- Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.
- Chill the dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Serve by cutting into squares and garnishing if desired.
