Description

Sweet and spicy grilled pineapple infused with Fireball whiskey, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Fresh Pineapple
  • ½ cup Fireball Whiskey
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, toasted coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the pineapple by removing the top and bottom, peeling the outer skin, and slicing into 1-inch rings.
  3. Combine Fireball whiskey, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  4. Marinate pineapple rings in the whiskey mixture for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Melt butter on the griddle, then add marinated pineapple rings, grilling each side for about 4-5 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Baste the pineapple rings with more Fireball whiskey and melted butter halfway through grilling.
  7. Remove from the griddle and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served warm, enjoy topped with ice cream for a delightful dessert!
