Sweet and spicy grilled pineapple infused with Fireball whiskey, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 1 ripe Fresh Pineapple
- ½ cup Fireball Whiskey
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, toasted coconut
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the pineapple by removing the top and bottom, peeling the outer skin, and slicing into 1-inch rings.
- Combine Fireball whiskey, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate pineapple rings in the whiskey mixture for 15-20 minutes.
- Melt butter on the griddle, then add marinated pineapple rings, grilling each side for about 4-5 minutes until caramelized.
- Baste the pineapple rings with more Fireball whiskey and melted butter halfway through grilling.
- Remove from the griddle and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served warm, enjoy topped with ice cream for a delightful dessert!
