Instructions
- Prep the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Slice the Potatoes into your preferred fry shape.
- Preheat your Blackstone to medium-high heat (around 350°F to 375°F).
- Oil it up: Add a generous amount of oil to the griddle, about 1/4 inch deep.
- Carefully place the sliced potatoes on the griddle in batches.
- Let them fry undisturbed for the first 4-5 minutes for optimal crispiness.
- Sprinkle salt and additional seasonings as they turn golden brown.
- Remove the fries once crispy and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
