Instructions
- Mix the Base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Stir Until Smooth: Whisk together until you have a creamy, uniform mixture. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt.
- Prepare Your Molds: Grab a silicone ice cube tray, mini muffin tin, or lined baking sheet.
- Fill the Molds: Scoop the yogurt mixture into the molds, filling them nearly full.
- Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 120-180 minutes or until solid.
- Pop and Enjoy: Once frozen, carefully pop the bites out of the molds.
- Store and Enjoy: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
