Ingredients

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1/4 cup peanut butter + 2 tbsp for topping

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted

1/4 cup crushed toasted almonds or salted peanuts


Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stir together yogurt, 1/4 cup peanut butter, protein powder, and maple syrup until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment (about 1/4 inch thick).

Drizzle with remaining peanut butter and melted chocolate, then swirl with a knife.

Sprinkle with crushed nuts.

Freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.

Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.
