- 2 Bananas, peeled and cut into long strips
- 1 Pineapple, peeled and sliced into fry-like pieces
- 2 Kiwi, peeled and cut into fry-sized pieces
- 1 Mango, sliced around the pit into fry shapes
- 1 Lemon, freshly squeezed for dip
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Prepare your fruits: Wash all your fruits thoroughly and cut them into fry-like shapes.
- Make the lemon dip: Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and honey (or maple syrup) in a mixing bowl; whisk until smooth.
- Place the fruit wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the fruit fries for about 10-12 minutes.
- Arrange the fruit fries on a platter and serve with the lemon dip.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the apples and bananas before baking. You can also make the dip in advance and store it in the fridge.
