Description

A fun, fresh, and fruity delight that transforms your favorite fruits into crispy fries, served with a zesty lemon dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Honeycrisp or Fuji Apples, cored and cut into wedges
  • 2 Bananas, peeled and cut into long strips
  • 1 Pineapple, peeled and sliced into fry-like pieces
  • 2 Kiwi, peeled and cut into fry-sized pieces
  • 1 Mango, sliced around the pit into fry shapes
  • 1 Lemon, freshly squeezed for dip
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruits: Wash all your fruits thoroughly and cut them into fry-like shapes.
  2. Make the lemon dip: Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and honey (or maple syrup) in a mixing bowl; whisk until smooth.
  3. Place the fruit wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the fruit fries for about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Arrange the fruit fries on a platter and serve with the lemon dip.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the apples and bananas before baking. You can also make the dip in advance and store it in the fridge.
