- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the black beans, peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips and pulse to mix in.
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until edges look set.
- Slice and serve after cooling.
Notes
For extra fudginess, let the brownies sit for a day before slicing.
