Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the black beans, peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add chocolate chips and pulse to mix in.
  4. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until edges look set.
  7. Slice and serve after cooling.
