Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak: Take your flank steak out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the marinade: In a bowl, combine minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well-combined. Submerge the steak cubes in the marinade.
  3. Heat the pan: Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Sear the steak: Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  5. Prepare the glaze: Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish and serve: Toss the steak bites in the glaze and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
