- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Take your flank steak out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the marinade: In a bowl, combine minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well-combined. Submerge the steak cubes in the marinade.
- Heat the pan: Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Sear the steak: Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Prepare the glaze: Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Toss the steak bites in the glaze and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
