Tender beef bites cooked in garlic butter, served with golden baby potatoes for a hearty comfort meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin or Tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Rinse and halve the baby potatoes. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the Potatoes: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Sear the Beef: In another skillet, heat olive oil and add beef in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add Garlic & Butter: Mix in the minced garlic and butter, letting them sizzle with the beef. Add fresh thyme.
  5. Combine Everything: Toss the cooked potatoes with the beef mixture to coat in garlic butter.
  6. Serve it Up: Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan, if desired.
