- 1 lb Beef Sirloin or Tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb Baby Potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Rinse and halve the baby potatoes. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the Potatoes: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Sear the Beef: In another skillet, heat olive oil and add beef in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add Garlic & Butter: Mix in the minced garlic and butter, letting them sizzle with the beef. Add fresh thyme.
- Combine Everything: Toss the cooked potatoes with the beef mixture to coat in garlic butter.
- Serve it Up: Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan, if desired.
