- 4 large Russet Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Scrub the Russet potatoes under cold water. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice each half into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato).
- Soak the wedges in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Combine soaked potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss until well-coated.
- Fold in the grated parmesan cheese gently to coat the wedges evenly.
- Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish and serve.
