Description

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are the ultimate side dish bursting with savory goodness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large Russet Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Scrub the Russet potatoes under cold water. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice each half into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato).
  3. Soak the wedges in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  4. Combine soaked potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss until well-coated.
  5. Fold in the grated parmesan cheese gently to coat the wedges evenly.
  6. Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider experimenting with herbs and adding a spicy kick with cayenne pepper.
