Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lime
1 small tomato, diced
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: garlic powder or jalapeño for extra kick
2 black olives (for eyes)
Tortilla chips (for serving and decoration)
Instructions
Scoop avocados into a bowl and mash until mostly smooth.
Mix in lime juice, tomato, onion, cilantro, and seasonings. Stir well.
Spoon guacamole onto a serving platter and shape into a ghost form.
Add black olive slices for eyes.
