Ingredients
1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
Whipped cream & cinnamon, for topping (optional)
Instructions
Brew espresso or strong coffee.
In a small saucepan, heat milk, molasses, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until hot but not boiling. Froth with a whisk or frother.
Pour espresso into a mug, top with spiced milk mixture.
