These juicy little bites deliver all the tangy ranch flavor you love—no dressing bottle required. Chicken breast cubes marinated in Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning, then baked or air-fried to golden perfection. They’re crispy-edged, tender inside, and totally breading-free.


Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: chopped parsley or green onion for garnish


Instructions

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Toss chicken pieces in the marinade. Let sit for 15–30 minutes (or overnight for max flavor).

Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F.

Arrange chicken on a lined baking sheet or in air fryer basket.

Bake for 18–20 minutes or air fry for 12–14 minutes, flipping once, until golden and cooked through.

Garnish and serve with extra ranch for dipping, if desired.
