Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: Chop fresh herbs, peel and smash garlic, and gather all ingredients.
- Blend the base: In a blender, add Greek yogurt, herbs, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Blend until combined.
- Check the consistency: Add a splash of water or olive oil if too thick, and blend again.
- Season to perfection: Adjust flavor with salt and pepper.
- Chill out: Transfer to a jar and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
