Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Flank Steak
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 56 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the steak for about 4–5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time for desired doneness.
  4. Let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. Top with sliced steak.
  6. Drizzle with leftover marinade or a balsamic vinaigrette and serve immediately.

Notes

For a heartier dish, serve the salad over quinoa or farro. You can also add avocado for creaminess or switch the greens for variety.
