A refreshing salad featuring grilled peaches and creamy burrata, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 Fresh Peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 oz Burrata Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, torn
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Grill the peaches cut side down for 3-4 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the salad on a serving platter with grilled peach halves and torn burrata on top.
- Drizzle remaining olive oil and balsamic over the salad and garnish with torn basil and pepper.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate peaches before grilling. This salad can be enjoyed with crusty bread or as a light lunch with quinoa.
