Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad

Description

A refreshing salad featuring grilled peaches and creamy burrata, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, torn
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Grill the peaches cut side down for 3-4 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Assemble the salad on a serving platter with grilled peach halves and torn burrata on top.
  5. Drizzle remaining olive oil and balsamic over the salad and garnish with torn basil and pepper.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate peaches before grilling. This salad can be enjoyed with crusty bread or as a light lunch with quinoa.
