Ingredients

- 6 large Eggs
- 1 cup Diced Ham
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Cooking Spray or Oil, for greasing the muffin tin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease the muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
- Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large bowl until frothy.
- Toss in the diced ham, shredded cheese, bell peppers, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each muffin cup with the egg mixture, about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool in the muffin tin for about 5 minutes before removing.
- Plate and enjoy warm!
