Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook your chicken: If using raw chicken breasts, season and cook until fully done (about 20-25 minutes at 375°F). Shred or chop into pieces.
  2. Mix the mayo dressing: Combine mayonnaise with lemon juice in a large bowl.
  3. Add the ingredients: Stir in the chicken, pineapple, celery, green onions, and macadamia nuts.
  4. Incorporate the coconut flakes gently into the mixture.
  5. Chill (optional): Refrigerate for about 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve: Scoop into a bowl, garnish as desired, and enjoy!
