Delicious and healthy protein-packed brownies that satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter (Almond, Peanut, or Cashew)
  • 1/3 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the beans thoroughly.
  3. Blend the beans, oats, cocoa powder, nut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and baking powder in a food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
  6. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  7. Pour the batter into the dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
