Ingredients

- 1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Nut Butter (Almond, Peanut, or Cashew)
- 1/3 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the beans thoroughly.
- Blend the beans, oats, cocoa powder, nut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and baking powder in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
