Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ½ cup almonds (or almond flour)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your dates by soaking them in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend the soaked dates (drained), almonds, cocoa powder, instant coffee, protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in your food processor until sticky.
