Description

Delicious and healthy cottage cheese chips that are easy to make and packed with protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper or chili flakes (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together 1 cup of cottage cheese and ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Add in cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and optional spices, and mix until smooth.
  4. Form small dollops of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, flattening them to about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Flip the chips halfway through baking for even cooking.
  7. Cool them on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes
