Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1–2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper or chili flakes (optional, to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together 1 cup of cottage cheese and ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Add in cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and optional spices, and mix until smooth.
- Form small dollops of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, flattening them to about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the chips halfway through baking for even cooking.
- Cool them on the baking sheet before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try using different cheeses or spices. Serve with dips for a delicious snack option.
