- 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Dark Chocolate Chips or Chopped Nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
- Drizzle in the honey (or maple syrup) and pour in the vanilla extract.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts if desired.
- Spoon the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or mini muffin pan, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid.
- Carefully remove the bites from the molds and enjoy.
Notes
For an extra decadent twist, dip the bottom of each bite in melted dark chocolate before refreezing.
