A delightful and nutritious snack that combines creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter into convenient frozen bites, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings while packing a protein punch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Dark Chocolate Chips or Chopped Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
  2. Drizzle in the honey (or maple syrup) and pour in the vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts if desired.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or mini muffin pan, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid.
  6. Carefully remove the bites from the molds and enjoy.

Notes

For an extra decadent twist, dip the bottom of each bite in melted dark chocolate before refreezing.
